Suzanne Ewing is an architect and academic based at The University of Edinburgh and currently Head of the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
Working at the intersection of design and humanities, her publications include Architecture and Field/Work (Routledge, 2010), and academic articles on practices of architectural education, constructing site in modernist architecture and a forthcoming edited book with Igea Troiani, Visual Research Methodologies in Architecture (Intellect 2019). In 2016 she initiated the Voices of Experience (Architecture in Conversation) project with Jude Barber of Collective Architecture. She also contributes to award-winning architectural practice, Zone Architects, which she founded with David Jamieson in 2002
