Pilbrow & Partners
Sam Yousif is a founding partner at Pilbrow & Partners. He has over 15 years’ experience in designing mixed-use, residential, educational, hospitality, workplace, healthcare and masterplanning projects. His project portfolio spans locations in the Middle East, Asia, South America, the USA, Europe and the UK.
Sam is leading the team for our mixed-use regeneration proposals at 8 Albert Embankment, commissioned by U+I and LFEPA. The scheme will deliver a state-of-the-art new fire station and fire services museum together with new residential, workplace, retail and cultural facilities. Sam is also leading the design proposals for the Southernwood site on Old Kent Road, another key London project at the heart of the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area.
Sam has been the Design Partner for the consented 35 and 65 storey mixed-use development at Alpha Square. The proposals establish a new public space - Alpha Square - as a centrepiece of this mixed-use development. He also led the recently consented proposals for the tall buildings within the Fulham Gasworks Masterplan, on behalf of St Williams.
Other projects in his portfolio include Heron Plaza and the 35-storey residential tower at Imperial College London’s White City Campus, whilst at PLP Architecture and various educational facilities, including St. Andrew’s University Library Building in Fife, whilst at KPF.
