Clare Richards is an architect, social entrepreneur and filmmaker. She founded ftwork in 2016 to promote thriving communities and ensure clear social principles underpin development. She initiates and partners on projects across different scales, as advisor to community-led organisations, facilitator of social enterprise and collaborator in social research. Currently this includes youth engagement, the role of creative enterprise in regeneration and the future high street. She co-founded the NLA Community Prize, is an RSA Fellow, a Patron of the London Festival of Architecture and Centre for London Partner. Clare is a regular architecture contributor to BBC Radio London’s Robert Elms Show.
