English Heritage , Head of National Projects
Hannah Prowse is Head of National Projects at English Heritage, where she leads the team responsible for the charity’s Capital Investment and Major Maintenance Projects to develop, conserve and repair the historic sites in its care across England.
Hannah joins English Heritage on secondment from Sir Robert McAlpine. She played a central role in the growth of Sir Robert McAlpine Special Projects division, leading on projects including the remodelling of the Courtauld Institute and the restoration of the Elizabeth Tower at the Palace of Westminster.
Hannah was Highly Commended as a Rising Star at the Construction News awards in 2019 and has more recently been leading an industry-wide cross sector initiative to address the issue of training in traditional and heritage building skills.
