Nick has extensive experience working on large-scale residential developments, seeing projects through from inception to completion. He was the Project Associate on the redevelopment of Centre Point Tower, reviving the iconic 35-storey office building into 82 luxury apartments with prime amenity spaces. He has also worked on high-end residential projects for City Loft Developments in Manchester and Newcastle; Green Man Lane, a 730 unit mixed-use regeneration project in West Ealing; and the former Walthamstow Stadium regeneration project, comprising 294 new build dwellings and more recently, the redevelopment of Portobello Square.
Nick was Project Architect on the award winning boutique hotel scheme, The Boundary in Shoreditch, which won the European Hotel Design Awards’ Hotel of the Year award.
Nick thinks beyond the lines of a development to create spaces which enhance the lives of the people who use them and connect to the wider area.
