David is founder of architecture and urban design practice, Architecture Doing Place, specialising in arts, housing and regeneration projects. He is a Mayor’s Design Advocate and Historic England Expert Advisory Group member. He is a past curatorial board member for the London Festival of Architecture, a Board Trustee of the Architecture Foundation, Urban Design London & New Architectural Writers. He teaches and mentors widely and has practiced architecture in the UK and the Middle East. He is a confirmed urbanist.
