Neil Onions is a champion for diversity and youth and community centred projects. Over the course of a 20-year career, Neil Onions has been a driving force for projects that champion diversity and youth inclusivity. With 10 years of experience in architecture, he has mentored and guided some of the industry's top emerging designers. In 2018, he established Beyond the Box – a community-interest company that provides a platform for communities and young people to influence their built environment. Among their celebrated endeavours are the award-winning People's Pavilion and their cultural placemaking project on Broadwater Farm Estate.
